Working alongside others, we are influenced not only by our own inner material, but by the intersubjective energy of those around us. Individually, and together, we can journey to the depths.
Cara facilitates group inquiry that focuses on embodying our inner worlds through movement and acting, as well as using our voices. Using some of these modalities , particularly with others, can be a very freeing experience.

As a participant, you will firstly be led in a solo inquiry into what is most valuable for you to look at at this time.
You will then explore this thing with your body, to see what you find. Each of us will do this individually, but in the space of others.

Amulet discovery and making workshop
Through our exploration of self and collective each person will identify and create a symbol of something that speaks of their journey towards a preferred way of being.
